What I liked best about the hotel is it's location and the staff.
Sadly the bed was uncomfortable (soft in the middle) and the floorboards above our room were very creaky.

Friendly staff, decor of rooms, location, view over the front, breakfast
Room was very warm, had to have window open overnight which on a weekend means you get a disturbed nights sleep as all the revellors return home! The view during the day made up for it though.

The room designs were unique and the good was very good.
Whilst not unclean, the room wasn't spotless and the bath tub had lots of marks to it

Helpful receptionist, television was working, DVD selection was good, lovely jaccuzzi style bath, great Full Brighton breakfast.
No double glazing, therefore noise from busy seafront road.
